Schools can send notices and details of events to parents, teachers, governors or other defined groups.

Notices and event information can be created quickly and easily and can be formatted in a variety of ways to adjust the font,  size and colour.

Notices and events can have images inserted into them and can include hyperlinks to other web based resources. They can also have other documents attached to them such as word processed documents or spreadsheets.

Once notices or event information is created permissions can be set to allow authorised people to see them. These permissions can be set for parents of students in particular year groups, teaching groups or pastoral groups. They can also be set to enable teachers and Governors to view notices and events.

 

When a notice is sent to the parent of a student it is also placed in the student’s planner which can be accessed at a later date by their form tutors.

You can check who has replied to a notice or an event and you can also see who has viewed them. It is also possible to check who has permissions to view a notice. Notices can also be edited and deleted by the person who created them.
